You have received this link to this page because you attempted to contact me concerning a property that I own. I did not contact you. You apparently harvested my phone number from some county database. I will ignore the issue of whether your harvesting of this information was legal or not.

This page was created because of the numerous phone calls that I have received concerning this property. The callers claim to be some sort of real estate "investment" company, but my impression of them is that they are all some sort of scam. Maybe there are some of these companies that are legit, but I have yet to encounter one.

History / Current Status

I bought this property back in 2010 for my mother-in-law to live in and currently, I use it as my "man cave" and for storage of various things that I might not currently need at my primary dwelling.

Potential Sale

I am most definitely NOT a "motivated" seller since I do not need the money. The property is owned free and clear with no liens or mortgages. I could be convinced to sell the property though, but only if someone was willing to meet the following conditions:
  1. An offer price that is at least the current County Appraisal District's appraised value. You know the address, thus you can look up the appraised value. The value increases each year, so if you delay, the price goes up.
  2. Buyer pays all the closing costs.
  3. Buyer handles all the paperwork.
  4. A well-known local title company that I can be comfortable is not a scam.

Communications with me are only to be via email. I am tired of wasting my time with all the scam calls. As is, no haggling — if you can meet the above requirements, we can close very quickly. If you want to haggle, don't waste my (or your) time.

I often get over 10 calls per day pertaining to this property and as far as I can tell, so far they have all been some sort of scam. If you find my attitude offensive, you can blame it on all of these scammers. It has gotten so bad that I usually have my phone on "do-not-disturb" mode so that it is not constantly ringing.
